Challenges before Brain in Hand

Rachael experienced significant struggles with mental health, including periods of depression and difficulty managing stress and overwhelm, particularly during busy work periods. This meant she had challenges maintaining routines and navigating day-to-day tasks.

How Brain in Hand helped

Brain in Hand became a consistent, daily support system for Rachael, helping her build structure, awareness, and resilience. She used the check-ins feature every 2 hours to monitor wellbeing and mood tags to spot emotional patterns. Diary & reminders helped here with her with appointments and daily routines. The solutions library helped manage anxiety around unexpected situations alongside on-demand support providing reassurance when going out alone.

“Brain in Hand has helped me to recognise when things are going off the cliff edge — and bring myself back before it gets that bad.”

The results

Rachael now feels calmer, more organised, and more confident managing her wellbeing. She has increased social independence, attending activities alone for the first time. Her confidence has been built in both work and social settings, and she is able to stay organised across multiple roles

“Without Brain in Hand I might have needed more mental health support. It’s made a massive difference.”
