Finding Structure and Confidence in Higher Education with Brain in Hand

Challenges before Brain in Hand
Sean is autistic and began using Brain in Hand as he started his degree. Before Brain in Hand, Sean had trouble with organisation and procrastination, especially when managing deadlines and lecture schedules. He also struggled with keeping track and balancing academic work and personal commitments.
How Brain in Hand Helped
Sean used the diary & reminders featured to support logging lectures and meetings. Multiple reminders and prompts for academic events, helped him improve attendance and preparedness. In his coaching sessions he focused on building strong organisation habits and work routines. This consistent structure helped Sean stay on track and feel more in control.
The results
Since using Brain in Hand more intentionally, Sean has increased organisational skills and greater confidence in his university work. He now feels equipped to pursue career goals in the future.
