Challenges before Brain in Hand

Before using Brain in Hand, Michelle found everyday routines increasingly stressful. Time management, overwhelm, and decision-making were daily challenges that affected her confidence and wellbeing.

“I found making decisions stressful and lacked confidence in my decision - making abilities. For example, I’d struggle to decide what to wear in the morning, often overthinking and feeling anxious. It was difficult to manage daily tasks - I needed reminders of what to do and when.”

These moments built up and often left her feeling stuck, anxious and unsure where to begin.

How Brain in Hand helped

Michelle felt anxious and overwhelmed when she was first given Brain in Hand, but her coach helped her feel supported right from the start. The first coaching session helped Michelle understand how to use the app in a way that fitted her life, making the process feel less daunting and more doable. Together with her coach, Michelle began building daily plans to structure her day, reminders so tasks felt more manageable and solutions and strategies for moments when she felt overwhelmed. These tools helped her break things down, reduce decision fatigue, and feel more in control of her routine.

“In my first session, everything became clearer. I went through the handbook with my coach and set some goals, which helped me focus on adding events and gave me something to review in future sessions.”

The results

With Brain in Hand, Michelle gained stronger confidence in her decisions, improved time management and clearer routines, a sense of progress between sessions and more control and independence in her day-to-day life.
